Hi all,

Today I recieved 4,146 votes in the Local election. This means I can now serve you in a greater and stronger position than before. I wish to thank everybody that voted for me, all of your continued support has been a great asset to me and has given me immense strength. I would also like to share some of the photo’s from the day with you if you have the time.

I am very grateful to all who attended, and to all who sent messages of good wishes to my 2009 Local Elections Campaign Launch held in the Spa Hotel in Lucan last week. Having served as your Local Councillor for Lucan and Palmerstown for the past 10 years, and having also worked in community development with special emphasis on the voluntary sector for the last 30 years, I am now looking forward to this local elections campaign.

I am asking the people of Lucan and Palmerstown to give me their No. 1 Vote so that I can continue my work in the community. Working as a full-time Councillor, I also appreciate any offer of time you can give me to help me in this Local Election Campaign.
